What this PDF workspace supports
Merge copies every page from the selected PDFs into a new document in the displayed order. Extract or reorder copies selected pages into one new PDF in the sequence you enter. ZIP export creates one single-page PDF per selected source page.
The annotation editor renders one page at a time and stores text, highlights, pen marks, and visual signatures only in the current tab. Export adds visual overlays to edited pages and creates a new local PDF. Merge, extraction, and ZIP export continue to use page copying.
PDF rendering, editing, and ZIP code is loaded only when you use the relevant workspace. Files stay in the current browser tab and the generated download is created on your device.
This version intentionally does not claim lossless compression, OCR, cryptographic signatures, form repair, password removal, or file conversion. Those operations need separate quality and security boundaries.

Are my PDF files uploaded?

Can I merge PDFs in a specific order?
Yes. After selecting 2 to 12 PDFs, use the Up and Down controls to set the order before creating the merged document.
How do I split or extract PDF pages?
Choose one PDF and enter pages or ranges such as 3,1,2 or 8-5. The tool creates one new PDF in the entered order, or a ZIP containing one PDF per selected page.
Can I change the page order?
Yes. The entered page sequence becomes the output sequence. Use individual pages, ascending ranges, or descending ranges to create the order you need.
Can I add a signature to a PDF?
You can add a typed or drawn visual signature locally. This adds a visual signature to the PDF. It does not create a certificate-based cryptographic digital signature.
Can I annotate more than one PDF page?
Yes. Text, pen marks, highlights, and visual signatures are stored per page while the PDF remains open in this tab. Export creates one new PDF containing every page and the visual overlays you added.
Will signatures, forms, bookmarks, and attachments be preserved?
Do not rely on it. Page copying can change or remove document-level features, interactive forms, signatures, bookmarks, attachments, and encryption. Keep the original files and verify important outputs.
Why is there a 100 MB limit?
PDF processing uses browser memory. The limit reduces the risk of an unresponsive tab on devices with less available memory.
